Remove BrowserModifier:Win32/KipodToolsCby( Removal Instructions)

A lot of pop up ads get on my PC and I have to wait several minutes for the startup of a new webpage. So I launch my anti-virus tool to detect my entire system, it reports to me that BrowserModifier:Win32/KipodToolsCby is on my computer, and I click Fix to delete and solve the problems on my PC, however, BrowserModifier:Win32/KipodToolsCby comes again the next day. Can someone give me an effective way to remove it permanently?
